The short version
Las Vegas Landscape Pros keeps what you tell us when you ask for an estimate, uses it to give you that estimate and do the work, and does not sell it to anyone. Everything below is the same statement with the detail filled in.
Where the information comes from
Chiefly from you, directly. A phone call presents the number you are dialling from, and we make a note of what you describe — yard size, access, what you want done, when you are available. Calls may be recorded, mainly so that the details discussed survive accurately into the scheduling stage. A submitted quote form gives us whatever you chose to enter on it.
A smaller amount arrives automatically. Web servers log the sort of thing every web server logs: browser and device type, which pages were opened, and roughly where in the world the request originated.
What it gets used for
Replying to you. Preparing and booking an estimate. Carrying out work you have agreed to. Nothing else. We do not assemble marketing profiles out of enquiries, and we do not cold-contact people from this data.
What it is never used for
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone else for their own marketing. The people who see it are the people involved in your job, plus the routine service providers that any business relies on — the phone system, the website host — who act only on our instructions. Legal obligations are the only other circumstance in which information is disclosed.
How long it stays
Enquiry and job records are held while they remain useful for scheduling, follow-up and business record-keeping, and are disposed of afterwards.
Cookies
Standard analytics may place cookies to count visits and record which pages are read. Any modern browser can block or clear them, and nothing on this site stops working if you do.
Your options, and how to use them
You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can ask at the start of a call that it not be recorded.
