Communities we serve across Clark County
Henderson
Henderson runs from Green Valley up into the hills below Black Mountain, and most of it was master-planned with a design review committee attached. We prepare submittal-ready plans using approved-palette species so the review clears the first time, and we handle the hillside grading the upslope neighborhoods demand.
Summerlin
Summerlin climbs the west side of the valley toward the Red Rock escarpment, on alluvial ground that is rockier and better-drained than the valley floor. Design standards are strict here and the mountain backdrop is the whole point, so we design to clear review without flattening what makes the setting work.
North Las Vegas
North Las Vegas has been absorbing new subdivisions for years, and the yards show it: open lots, young trees, and a lot of ground that arrived as compacted caliche with a hose bib. We build first landscapes across the north valley, from Aliante down through the older established streets.
Spring Valley
Spring Valley is one of the older parts of the west-central valley, and many of its yards were built in an era that assumed cheap water and wall-to-wall grass. Most of our work here is conversion – taking tired lawns and failing sprinkler systems and rebuilding them into something that suits the current water rules.
Enterprise
Enterprise covers the southwest edge of the valley, where Mountain’s Edge, Southern Highlands, and the newest subdivisions keep pushing out toward open desert. The lots are new, the caliche sits close to the surface, and nothing has grown in yet, so we build the first landscape on bare ground.
Paradise
Paradise is the unincorporated stretch wrapping the resort corridor, running from the older residential blocks near the university out toward Sunset and Eastern. It mixes long-established homes with real canopy and rental properties that need to look sharp on a budget, and we work both.
Sunrise Manor
Sunrise Manor sits under Frenchman and Sunrise Mountain on the east side, where the ground is rockier, the afternoon sun comes off the hills, and much of the housing predates current thinking about water. We rebuild east-side yards to handle both the rock and the exposure.
Centennial Hills
Centennial Hills occupies the northwest corner of the valley, sitting a little higher and catching noticeably more wind than the flats. Growth has been steady, so the area mixes filled-in neighborhoods with lots that are still bare, and we build and rebuild across both.
Boulder City
Boulder City runs on its own terms: a compact historic town above Lake Mead with mature street trees, larger older lots, and a slower pace than the rest of the valley. We work these properties with plans that respect the town’s established character instead of importing a new-build look.
Whitney
Whitney is the established unincorporated pocket southeast of the center, along the Boulder Highway corridor between the resort district and Henderson. The homes are older, the lots are practical, and value per dollar matters more than showpiece design. We build accordingly.
What we do in every one of these communities
The service mix is the same valley-wide, but the specification changes with the site. We handle Mojave desert landscaping, artificial turf installation, drip irrigation installation, desert tree trimming, yard cleanup and maintenance, and commercial landscaping planning.
All of it is designed and scheduled to comply with Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) watering guidelines, which matters more here than in most markets – the rules on nonfunctional grass have been tightening across Southern Nevada for years, and a landscape specified without them ages badly.
